The Mahlkönig E80S is a commercially certified espresso-focused grinder. Rocking 80mm flat stainless steel burrs and a powerful 800w motor while maintaining a quietness that other cafè grinders lack. The E80s sports Mahlkönig’s patented Disc Distance Detection (DDD) technology, allowing precise stepless grind adjustments and a motor with active temperature management, helping your shots stay cool during busy rushes.

With the same software and settings as the E65S, the menu screen helps you edit six recipes and change the portafilter based on that recipe. Additionally, the portafilter support and coffee chute are easily adjusted based on your portafilter style, giving you control of how your coffee is dispensed and reducing mess and coffee waste. You can also view how many shots the grinder has pulled, an essential metric for managing workflow, staff, ordering coffee, and chaining the burrs.
